How does it work? First, give us a call at 713-433-4475 and schedule your appointment. On the day of your appointment, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get to the lake. We require that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your lesson start time. Once you arrive, there is a medical release/ waiver of liability that you must fill out in full. Or if you would like to be ahead of the game, feel free to download the waiver highlighted below, print, sign, and bring along. If you or anyone in your group is under age 18 and his/her parent will not be accompanying, they must bring this waiver signed by their parent with them to the lake. If we do not have a waiver signed by their parent, they cannot participate. Once the paperwork is complete, then it is time to warm up, get suited with equipment, and talk with your coach about the upcoming lesson and what to expect. Arriving early is the best way to ensure an awesome experience!
Do the coaches and drivers accept tips? YES! M2's hard-working, outgoing, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable coaches and drivers are allowed to accept tips. We encourage you to tip your boat crew. Recommended tip is $10+ for every hour on the water.
Cancellation policy We require 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment with no penalty. We do require a cc # to make an appointment, but your cc will not be processed immediately. You will pay on-site for your lesson so you have the option to pay with cash or cc.
